Looking for a fun holiday event for the whole family? Check out the Holiday Lights in the Garden. This local event is held at the Cape Fear Botanical Garden from November 30 to December 2, December 7 to 9, December 14 to 16, and December 19 to 23 each night from 5:30 PM to 9 PM. You can see fabulous lights, plants, and more.
According to the Cape Fear Botanical Garden, in addition to lights you can also follow the Polar Express-themed activities and decorations. The Cape Fear Botanical Gardens have grown since it was opened in 1989, becoming an important part of Fayetteville, NC. The Holiday Lights in the Garden is just one of the many holiday-themed events you’ll find.
The Holiday Lights in the Garden are synchronized to music that plays throughout the gardens, and you can also take a caroling hayride, sit with Santa, and roast S’mores over the fire pit.
Other than the lights, you can also visit the Garden to see the wreath-making workshop on November 28 from 6 PM to 8 PM. The materials and tools will be provided, and it’s perfect for teens and adults. There’s also Yoga (provided through the YMCA of Sandhills), which is hosted on November 28 from 6 PM to 7 PM.
Holiday Lights in the Garden is one of Bryan Honda’s favorite local events. Don’t miss it!
