Honda S2000 prototype | Fayetteville, NC

Performance lovers, rejoice! Honda is highlighting its performance prowess with a special edition of the Honda S2000 that will celebrate the model’s 20th anniversary. This custom, one-off prototype has a range of exclusive parts that make it look thoroughly modern, head-turningly stylish, and so much.

The Honda S2000 prototype is based on the AP1 generation model, which was available from 1999 to 2003. It comes outfitted with a modernized bumper, side sills, fenders, and a sleek spoiler. This S2000 also boasts an updated suspension, along with black mirror and windshield casings, a lower front air intake, and a set of 17-inch Advan RZ2 wheels.

Though we don’t know what the inside will look like, based on the picture it does look like the cabin will appear similar to previous versions. The red seats resemble the original S2000, though Honda does say that the model will have an updated, premium audio system.

The new S2000 model prototype was showcased at the Tokyo auto salon in January, alongside a custom first-generation Type R Civic, a one-seater microcar, and a JDM Stepwagon MPV. Because it’s a prototype, none of the details are set in stone, and much of what we can expect in the consumer version is up to speculation.

All we can do now is wait. We hope you’re as excited as we are about the possibilities presented by an all-new S2000, and we can’t wait to see you here at Bryan Honda when it finally hits the road.

2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid | Fayetteville, NC

Honda is adding to its eco-friendly lineup. The Japanese carmaker recently announced its first-ever hybrid SUV – the 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid. This fuel-efficient version of the brand’s well-known crossover combines a hybrid powertrain with standard safety features and high-quality appointments throughout. These are some of the features you can expect with this all-new hybrid.

Efficient power.

The 2020 CR-V will come with the same two-mode hybrid system as the Accord, which combines a 2.0-liter engine that produces 143 horsepower with an AC synchronous permanent magnet motor to offer a total system output of 212 horsepower and 232 lb-ft of torque. That means that the CR-V Hybrid is quantifiably the most powerful powertrain option in the CR-V lineup. Despite this power, this model is still expected to increase city fuel economy for the standard engine up to 50 percent.

All-wheel drive.

If you’re looking for a bit more traction for potential inclement weather or adventures off the beaten path, you’re in god luck. The 2020 CR-V Hybrid comes standard with all-wheel drive.

Standard safety tech. Every CR-V Hybrid will come standard with the Honda SensingÒ suite of driver-assistance technologies, providing you with peace of mind when you’re behind the wheel.

A sleek, modern look. The CR-V Hybrid enhances the model’s sleek, modern look with LED headlights and available 19-inch alloy wheels, along with blue-accented Honda logos to hint at its efficiency.

For a vehicle that balances capability, efficiency and versatility, you should consider the 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid. Stop by Bryan Honda today to go for a test drive.
